advice yourself to calm stress off

Cooking time. I don't have energy to do anything today. I just want to eat and sleep. I sound like a pregnant woman but in my case, I am just lazy especially when I think a lot.  I just want to have a nap and wait for everything to happen before I wake up.  But reality is hard to deal with. I have lots of things to do in just a short time and thinking about it makes me stress. And no... I am still doing my home exercise every morning and night.  Thank God for that.
